NOW STREAMING
The story
Murphy picks a lemon from his lemon tree for his lemonade stand, but it slips, plops down and rolls away down the hill. It rolls up to a woolly lamb, who boops it up and over her back, and into the woods, where it rumbles right through a hollow log. Back at the farm garden it hides in the lettuce patch, until a friendly llama nibbles the lettuce, finds the lemon and carries it to Murphy's stand. Lemonade for everyone!
Who Murphy meets
The LambA woolly lamb who gives the lemon a friendly boop.
The LogA long hollow log in the woods, just right for rolling through.

03Lemonade standSet up a pretend lemonade stand with cups and pour pretend lemonade for stuffed animals. Who do you invite first?
For parents
Murphy chases his lemon all around a hillside farm, and every friend and thing he finds starts with the “l” sound in lemon: lemon, lamb, log, lettuce and llama. Each word pops up next to a big letter L, and Murphy says “L is for…” after each one, so kids see the letter and hear its sound together.
How do I help my child say the L sound?
Put the tip of your tongue right behind your top teeth and sing “lllll,” like the start of lemon or lamb. Kids can feel their tongue touch the top of their mouth.
How do I help my child write a little l?
Start at the top and draw one tall line straight down to the bottom line. That's it! The Trace It game shows it with arrows.
